In a city full of endless noise, she learned to listen differently in order to translate the texture of her new life into works of art. Her background in classical music provides the foundation for "listening" to visual forms, understanding rhythm, harmony, and movement to transform sonic landscapes into visual ones. This body of work is a dialogue between the noisy city and her mind. Each painting invites viewers to discover the poetry hidden within everyday noise and learn to truly see what has always been there.
