Kissing Me Feels Like
Brooklyn, 2023–present

After moving to New York City in 2023, Jesuuna discovered the art of finding silence within chaos. In a city full of endless noise, she learned to listen differently in order to translate the texture of her new life into works of art.

Her background in classical music provides the foundation for "listening" to visual forms, understanding rhythm, harmony, and movement to transform sonic landscapes into visual ones. Through painting and creating rituals in her art studio, Jesuuna created her own form of listening room and quiet oasis within the urban chaos.

This body of work is a dialogue between the noisy city and her mind. Each painting invites viewers to discover the poetry hidden within everyday noise and learn to truly see what has always been there. These paintings emerge as impossible conversations—where unresolved feelings find form, and listening becomes the only language that matters.
